Step to fold does not work properly other than that the chair worked perfectly👍🏽
Excellent product, light and easy to fold and great mileage!
We purchased this scooter for my 94-year-old dad, who has always loved his daily walks. As he's gotten older, mobility has become a bit more of a challenge, but he still values his independence. This scooter has been the perfect solution—it allows him to get out and about safely, without feeling limited.
One of the biggest reasons we chose this model is its portability. It’s lightweight and compact enough to fit easily in the back of our SUV, which means we can take it with us wherever we go. Whether it’s a trip to the park or a visit with family, the scooter makes it easy and stress-free.
Dad absolutely loves it, and we’re thrilled to see him enjoying the outdoors again with confidence. This has truly been a fantastic purchase for our whole family.

We travel extensively. My young-adult daughter has a prosthetic leg and currently cannot use it for long distances. We had a manual chair, but she lacks the stamina for all-day use as she rebuilds strength after a year of chemo. We had a very expensive assist device for the chair, but she disliked it because it was complicated to steer, adjust speed, and stop quickly. Stopping required removing her hand from the wheel, which was rather dangerous. It was so unusable for her that I ended up pushing her on vacations, which didn't give her the autonomy she wants and also wore me out.
After looking online extensively, we settled on this chair. Its quality is surprisingly good. It is exceptionally sturdy and heavy-duty considering how light it is (I can easily lift it into a car). It also folds compactly, making it much less intrusive than the scooter rentals we used for theme parks or cruises. Furthermore, it can turn on a dime, which is much more enjoyable for her in tight spaces like stores. It's also fast enough on high speed to exceed a brisk walk and has excellent range (longer than we would walk in a single day).
In short, we couldn't be happier with the purchase. The customer service team is also excellent to work with.
We are really enjoying this little scooter. It’s opened up new possibilities for my wife and I. It’s light and easy to transport, particularly if you put it in a hitch mounted cargo rack. It seems pretty sturdy, is easy to fold down. I think it made for short people though- would guess 4’11” to maybe 5’8”. Taller than that might be cramped.
It’s okay because I can pick it up and put it our SUV. That way my wife and I can go do things for the day as before I could not go because of the walking.
However, I had another one first and it was too heavy to lift, but much more comfortable and cheaper in price. Yes, it works fine for me, and it has plus’s and minus’s!
You wanna receive now is working fine but the one I buy with the scooter only work one time I don’t know why because it’s very expensive and they asked me so many proof to able to give me credit. I am a disabled man was no easy for me to make. a video to make why I decide to go ahead and buy another one
Finally a sturdy, stable, lightweight scooter! Love it!
I love my little scooter. It’s easy to put in the car and I can get around in shopping malls easier if you want a little scooter this is the one you should buy.
Battery meets FAA requirements to fly international. Is Compact and it's lightweight. It was worth every penny.
Too narrow for my husband (not a small person). The customer service is helpful, called me many times, so i gave it the 4 stars.
This wheelchair is so much better than the S3. If only could get the back wheels to maneuver veteran smaller areas.
Going to Disney meant being really tired by the end of the day and a couple days of recovery. The Paiseec W3 chair really made it more enjoyable but I also had to get some steps in so I used the assisted walker mode for a bit.
This one is a total upgrade for me. It’s lightweight, folds and unfolds instantly, and stays clean since it’s easy to load into the car. As someone who’s 6'1" and 250 pounds, I find it solid, fast, and very comfortable. I initially had issues with charging, but it turned out to be user error. The battery now works great. One warning: customer support expects videos for issues, which can be tough for older users. Just be aware before buying. Overall, it's a 5-star chair for many, but may not suit every user’s needs.
FREEDOM! It's wonderful to be able to get around. It does take some getting used to, but I love having my independence back!
It’s the third chair I’ve brought on a cruise. The seat is really comfortable, and the 265 lb weight limit is more than enough. We piled on extra stuff on top of my weight and it handled it no problem. It is a bit heavy, so I can’t lift it in and out of my SUV myself, but it folds and unfolds super easily.
First week with this chair. I shopped around and decided this looked like the chair for me. I am not disappointed. The folding/unfolding capability is easy, the joy stick is super responsive, I am able to maneuver around my home. All four speeds work effectively, 3&4 are fast, I’ll use those outdoors. I have not been able to take it outside on the sidewalks and grass yet due to the rain. I’ve only owned a simple manual wheelchair, so I have no comparison to other motorized chairs, but so far this has been 100% as advertised. If needed I will come back and edit after more use.
This is quite the rollator. Like a luxury model rollator if there is such a thing. It has so many great features built it to it. Like a cup holder! It's amazing. Like some other mid-line rollators, it also has a cane holder. I was extremely happy how easy it was to put together, even for me.The wheels roll well and is very stable. It handles uneven terrain well. I like the bag that it comes with to store extra things you might need. The seat is comfortable for me. I can see how some may not like it but it feels perfect to me. It is easy to fold and stow and fits nicely in the car trunk.Overall, I am very happy with this and highly recommend it.
The chair handles grass well but gets stuck in sandy areas (live in florida). Customized mine with bling for style.))) Remember to use low speed indoors unless you have a mansion. I fly with it to Belize once, durable enough for rocky trails, though I occasionally had to push. I bought a cover and fragile tags for air travel.
Very light chair - foldable and easy to pack for travel. fairly stable and sturdy to sit in. Wheels maneuver easily and smoothly. does not have arm/elbow support. Seat is comfortable for shorter periods of sitting - you don't slide around on it too badly. Great to have around to help support.
Well, yes there was. The scooter came to me via Amazon. I did the minor assembly required. The batteries were fully charged. Took it for a trial run and then the maiden voyage at airport. I hadn't watched the video above prior. Unit wouldn't turn back on after switch off. Ignition came out in my hand. Unit doesn't move when throttle is up. Didn't know there was an. Extra battery, thought they worked in tandem. Owners manual very sparse on details. Still, once I learned and company replaced ignition unit, I now feel confident. It got me through 2 large airports on 1 charge of 1 battery. It's easy to use after initiation.
My dad resisted assistive devices until this wheelchair/walker combo. The walker mode helps him with rehab exercises which let him regain leg strength more quickly. The high-performance motor provides very smooth starts and rides, you can really feel the quality. and one thing I really love is that the handles are adjustable, so both my 6' dad and 5'3" mom can use it comfortably. Only wish it weighed less,,, but Dad's new mall-walking routine (he actually USES it!) makes every pound worth it. Saw him smile for the first time in months when he said ''This thing's not half bad.''
