Well package and delivered

Scooter was well packaged and delivered undamaged. Fedex folks did a good job with no issues. Scooter functioned out of the box and I was able to use it after following the inclosed instructions. Smooth driving and quick. My first outing went great. The scooter folds up and fits perfect in my vehicle. Weight is not an issue, my wife and I together lifted it up and in with no problems.

Perfect shape

I got the scooter in a really short time, and it was in perfect shape. it has plenty of power, more than I expected.

Howdy from Texas, We bought a scooter for a mentally challenged man who is 76 years young and he loves to go all over the small town he lives in .And he loves his red scooter so much,And he caught on how it works super fast. He goes all over the small town of Mcgregor Tx and has a blast. Best money we have ever spent for something.

When I first saw the advertisement for Paiseec I was impressed, because when I read the reviews it was exactly what I was looking for. I emailed Customer Service and asked them if this would be good for walking my dog and they said yes and boy were they right. I have gaite issue and loose my balance and have dog that pulls. I can’t walk her anymore. The scooter has been a lifesaver. It doesn’t tip over because it is low to ground. I can walk my dog with ease and I use a retractable leash that I attach with velcrow to the side so my hands are both on the steering wheel. She walks right by my side and when I want her to go further I can extend the leash out then I can bring her back in, my problems are solved. I don’t have to hire a dog walker anymore and saves me a lot of money in the long run.

Sturdy and powerful

Quick delivery, easy set up, high quality product. This scooter is for my 92-yr-old mother. It came quickly and was easy to get started right out of the box. I have driven it on our hilly property and it is sturdy and easily able to climb small hills. It brakes automatically. It feels like it can tip if turning on a hill. It eould be absolutely dependable on sidewalks. So glad I got it!

Comes together and apart with ease

The mobility scooter itself is everything as advertised. It comes together with virtually no effort and is ready to use. My husband says the max speed is the most he will ever need. The box it came in was mashed and had big holes jabbed into it but miraculously the scooter was packed well and not damaged. The company was offering a $250 discount on facebook and they were reluctant to honor it, saying that offer had expired, but in fact the ad was still running a week after my purchase, so they did apply the discount. We requested the gray scooter, but were notified several days after our purchase that this color would involve a 10 day delay in shipping, so we agreed to the red color that we didn't really want. It wasn't a deal breaker. Overall the scooter is nice and compact and folds very easily for transport. The customer service center is on EST so west coasters need to call early!

Works well on various surfaces

Drove it up the hill and back down on a sloped sidewalk, decently steep too. Drove it across our dry, uneven dirt yard back to the sidewalk just fine. Rode it on asphalt across the street and it worked fine. Wood floor, textured tile floor, thin hotel conference room carpets all good too. Arm rests are adjustable for comfort. My teenage son easily assembled it and lifted it in and out of the back of my car for me too. Pretty easy overall to get it put together and ready to ride. Felt a little tippy on uneven surfaces in the dirt yard but was impressed it even drove over it.

Easy to assemble, lightweight with removable battery

Very easy to assemble by one person. Battery comes off to charge which also makes the entire scooter SO much lighter to lift into a tailgate or trailer. Relatively good turning radius and a smooth reverse. Battery life is excellent. Was up and using within 30 min of cutting it out of the box.

Comfortable, easy to navigate, good battery life. Rode it around the county fair for 5 hours with no trouble. The only issue we had was, we can't remove the seat now that it is install (too tight). Seat is comfortable. Controls were easy to operate. Has a reverse alarm, which is nice in a crowded area. Plenty fast enough. Fits in the back of our Dodge Caravan without disassembly. I wish it came in blue.

As Described

If grandma ever needs a new vehicle, look no further! This vehicle will help any elderly person with their day to day aka grocery shopping and cooking for their grandchildren. Highly recommend getting one of these but the price needs to be a bit more affordable since older people are already dealing with high healthcare costs in the US.

Smooth operator. Good speed and talks to you when backing up. Heavy and not tasnporting easy. Battery last long time though.

Great Little Scooter

I had my doubts at first. How could this inexpensive scooter be worth it. Well, it has exceeded my expectations. The Battery life is exceptional! I reached out to the company's customer service representative with a question to find that they are all about our satisfaction. In this day and age, that's impressive. Bottom line, this scooter is a value at it's price, but the support you get makes it an even greater value. Quick shout out to Coralia in customer service. Thank you for giving us the peace of mind that your company cares about it customers. When it's time to upgrade, we'll be looking at another one of your company's products... although that may be a while!
