To ensure fairness for all customers and to secure production schedules, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. This deposit is what allows us to offer the product at this special pre-sale price. We strongly encourage you to be certain of your purchase before placing your deposit. Once the pre-sale ends and you complete the full payment, our standard return policy will apply to the final order.

The PAISEEC L5 is built for comfort and stability with a robust weight capacity of 265 lbs (120 kg). The adjustable steering column ensure a comfortable fit for users between 5'1" and 6'1" (155 cm - 185 cm).

Under typical use conditions (a mix of terrains and speeds), you can expect a range of up to 12.5 miles on a single charge. The powerful 24V 10Ah lithium-ion battery takes approx. 6-8 hours to charge fully.

Every PAISEEC L5 comes with a comprehensive warranty for your peace of mind. This includes a 1-Year Warranty on the Frame & Motor & Controller, and a 1.5-Year Warranty on the Battery. Full warranty details will be included with your scooter.

If you receive a damaged product or discover a manufacturing defect, please contact our US-based customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will promptly troubleshoot and, if needed, send replacement parts or arrange a new scooter under warranty.
