I am very happy with my purchase! The electric wheelchair is lightweight, easy to handle, and has a beautiful design. It looks great, too! The remote control is also very easy to use, which makes operating the wheelchair simple and convenient.

What impressed me most was the excellent customer service. When I had trouble putting some of the parts together, the customer service team was very patient and helpful. They explained everything clearly and provided pictures to show me exactly how to assemble the wheelchair. They also responded to my questions very quickly.

I really appreciate their patience and outstanding support. Overall, I am very satisfied with both the electric wheelchair and the customer service. I would definitely recommend this product to others!

I love the Paiseec flex! At first I was curious if I would use it as much as the 2-in-1 electric wheelchair of theirs that I have. But I think it is my new go-to mobility aid. One of my biggest issues is walking, and not knowing how far I can walk without overdoing it, then not being able to get back. With the Flex I don’t have to worry about that! I can walk as far as possible, then when I’m done, I can transform and use it as a wheelchair without needing to cut my time short or slow down anyone else.

I've been loving my Flex. I'm a college student, so being able to switch from walking to rolling is a game changer with all the hills, and it folds up so small I can easily fit it into a small car or any uber I take. I'm also able to lift it with 1 arm!

I’ve been having a lot of mobility issues due to health problems. I’m fairly young and was in great shape before getting sick so admitting I needed an aid was tough. I’m also very petite and most scooters were too big or heavy for me to handle comfortably. This scooter is perfect for me. I’m 5’ tall and this scooter’s size and seat height are very comfortable. It’s also easy to put in the back of my car. It handles dirt paths and hills surprisingly well. It’s allowed me to go places I wouldn’t have been able to without it. I also really like that it has a more modern sleek look than many other scooters.

We bought this scooter for our trips to Universal (we are annual pass holders). We haven't used it on the trip yet, but around the house, it works very well. We were a little disappointed that you can only charge the battery by removing it and can only charge one at a time. It is very light and easy to fold down/unfold.

Every person with mobility issues has different needs . I have a nice scooter that I have enjoyed over the years but it weighs a little more than I can lift. I can manage the Flex by myself which gives me renewed freedom. My issue is post polio which has gradually taken all the strength in the leg affected by the virus. I can only walk very short distances with a walker and not at all otherwise. I have used the Flex already to visit someone in the Hospital, go to my Nephew's football game, and casually shop in a Department Store with a 6 year old Great Nephew. It has been awhile since I have done any shopping except online. None of the devices I have purchased before were as affordable or had any accessories. I am very happy with my purchase.

I realize everyone has different needs…………. in my case I walk 70% of the time and ride 30% of the time. I’m 6 foot one, 207 pounds. The flexibility I really like is the fact that I can narrow the width of the flex and with its light weight I’m able to handle it with relative ease.

I had back surgery 1 year ago and it didn't work. My wife and I were very active before the surgery. We liked to walk around the neighborhood and I was not able to do after the surgery. My wife did not feel comfortable going my herself. We decided that maybe a scooter would let us return to the outdoors. The flex has been great for me , it has allowed me to be able to go out more easily with how light and convenient it truly is !

L5 delivered with no problems five days from initial order. Many surprises like voice responses for battery charge level and gear selection. Came fully assembled, easy to remove from packing box and lighter than expected. Now I will retire my current mobility scooter and van lift system, planning on using the L5 full time.

I recently ordered the FLEX for my incredible wife of 58 years. It checked every box.!!! it was stylish, was a Rollator, was a power chair, and it easily fit into my small car!!! (See photo)

Recently, there were a few complaints from FLEX owners (on their Paiseec Community Site) that the foot rests came off too easily, and should have been made from a stronger material. I posted my own temporary fix on the Community Page. (See photos)

To my delight, Paiseec listened, and I just received a notification that new, improved FLEX foot rests (made from metal) will be sent to all existing FLEX customers. Now that’s what I call SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!

The Paiseec Flex has changed my life. As someone with many health issues, multiples surgeries, and unable to stand for more than 5 to 10 minute due to chronic pain, it is so difficult to simply leave the house without struggle. The Flex has given me freedom to come and go as I please. Its very sturdy and has great battery life. I do recommend a second battery if you plan a long, weekend outing. Battery charges pretty fast in just a few hours.

Takes just a few seconds to convert from a walker to a wheelchair. It is also fantastic if you're a caregiver who needs to transport someone, since it lets you transport a loved one who is seated in the chair with zero effort.

Paiseec's customer service is great! I have asked them so many questions before and after my purchase and they've been quick with responding and super kind.

The Flex is the BEST! I am the sole caregiver for my elderly mother and I have bilateral end stage arthritis in my knees. I can put her in the seat to ride and then push it like a rollator for me. The power assist is magnificent for getting her up the ramp of my wheelchair van without a struggle for me. Can’t wait to get the lumbar cushion and new footrests. Thank you for continuing to improve this machine and including us first order folks who took a chance! It was well worth it. (If you could come up with a better cup holder that would be a big help)

Yes, it’s a bit heavier than a regular rollator, but the extras you get make up for it. You walk it like a rollator with electronic brakes, you ride on it like a power wheelchair, and you use it as a transport chair with someone pushing you from behind. ALL that for one reasonable price! And, the customer service is first-rate!

The Best mobility equipment I’ve ever had. It’s lightweight durable and convenient. It has definitely given me my independence back because I don’t need help loading and unloading. And customer service is very helpful also. You definitely can’t go wrong with this flex

This is my first Paiseec, my first 4-wheeled rollator, *and* my first power chair. It arrived in mint condition and works really well. One of the hard parts of having a dynamic disability is that you never know when you'll suddenly need a different mobility aid. Being able to use this as a rollator or power wheelchair means I don't have to do as much guessing.

I have a few people who have been waiting for me to try it out, and I'm definitely going to recommend it!

I know a few people had technical issues or problems with the backrest or footrests. Paiseec addressed all of these issues incredibly well, shipping out replacement parts when needed *and* adding a lumbar cushion and reinforced footrests that they'll ship out soon. They are shipping these not only with new devices, but also to devices we've already bought. I'm very impressed!

This chair rocks!!! I got the Paiseec and had it for 4 months before the larger insurance paid for chair arrived. I rejected the wheelchair insurance paid for because it is too wide and does not allow me to run full speed around the house like the Paiseec does. The benefits are:
- Easy to get in and out of - I often leave the left side handle bar up so I can quickely transition in and out. A traditional wheel chair does not let me do that.
- It requires 1 startup button push where in the traditional wheel chair makes me lock the wheels in place each time I start it up and complete 3 button pushes- so ridiculous
- the Paiseec is fast and not as wide and easily gets in my closet and bathroom and turns 360 to get out, the traditional chair does not do that.
This is lightweight and the traditional chair is so heavy I can't lift it.
I am seriously thinking about getting a 2nd one just for the car.

I purchased the PAISEEC W3 3-in-1 Electric Wheelchair because I have difficulty walking and wanted power assistance. With fibromyalgia, pushing a manual wheelchair, especially with extra weight, can become very painful in my shoulders and legs. I also have seizures, so having power assist that my wife can use when needed was important to me.

Before purchasing, I compared three wheelchairs and narrowed it down to the W3 and one other model. I had many questions, and PAISEEC customer service was phenomenal. They answered my questions, spoke with me by phone, and went through specifications and details to help me make an informed decision. The chair gets 4.5 stars from me, and customer service gets a full 5 stars.

The W3 is lightweight, comfortable, folds easily, and fits perfectly in my SUV. It’s easy to transport and has given me excellent mobility.

There are a few things I’d like to see improved. The front caster wheels can come close to your feet when turning if your feet aren’t positioned forward, although this is minor. The built-in horn is also too quiet for noisy environments. I added an aftermarket horn/light combination, which also gives me lighting when I’m out after dark.

My biggest issue is the rear push handles. Because of their height and the battery housing extending down the back, the person pushing can hit the chair with their feet and can’t comfortably take a full stride. You also tend to hunch forward rather than walk upright, which could be particularly uncomfortable for someone over about 5'10". Higher or longer handles would make a big difference.

The cup holder also needs improvement. The included soft-sided holder is better suited to a water bottle than a regular cup; a coffee cup can be difficult to fit without popping the lid off. Aftermarket holders are difficult to mount because of the chair’s oblong tubular construction. I’d love to see PAISEEC design a rigid accessory extending from the front armrest/handle area with both a proper cup holder and cell phone holder. Those are practical necessities for wheelchair users.

Aside from those issues, this chair has been phenomenal. It has allowed me to keep up with my family and comfortably be part of the group. We’ve even loaded it with plenty of gear—if I have a powered wheelchair, it’s going to be our pack mule too—and it handles the weight very well.

Battery life is excellent. I have one battery and have only gotten it down to one bar once. I regularly make a roughly three-mile round trip to my store. It handles roads, bumps, grass, and dirt surprisingly well and has plenty of power for my needs.

The joystick is ergonomic, speed control is excellent, and the controls are laid out very well.

Overall, the PAISEEC W3 gets 4.5 out of 5 stars from me. The handles, quiet horn, cup holder/accessory mounting, and minor front-wheel issue are the only things keeping it from a full 5 stars. None are deal-breakers, and the wheelchair has been worth every penny.

Not only beautiful but works incredible.

The Paiseec D3 scooters are one of the best mobility purchases I’ve made. They’re incredibly lightweight and fold down into a compact size that allows two scooters to sit side‑by‑side in the back of my Tesla Model Y with the seats folded down — and I still have cargo space left over. That alone makes them a fantastic choice for anyone who travels often.

They’re easy to lift, easy to fold, and even easier to load when I pop the batteries out (they remove in seconds). I also appreciate the built‑in USB charging port near the handlebars — a small detail that makes a big difference during longer outings.

Paiseec really nailed the design on these. Excellent product, excellent experience.
