Life-changing event with this mobility scooter. It's reliable, very easy to move in and out of my vehicle, and very comfortable. I get around a lot easier on my property, which includes grass areas.

I am so glad I bought this scooter. I have POTS and undiagnosed muscle pain & weakness (probably ME/CFS) and this is my first purchase of a mobility scooter. I am 23 years old, so it has been hard to accept that I need to use mobility aids, but the Paiseec L5 has been such a great purchase so far. I’ve only had it less than a week, but I’ve already been able to use it to go get lunch with some friends, where I probably wouldn’t have been able to go otherwise. The design, especially the color, make me feel more confident using a mobility aid in public as a young person. It is also light enough that I am able to put it into/take it out of my car by myself. It’s really easy to remove the seat so it is lighter. The folding is incredibly easy. It does not require too much effort to fold up or unfold. It is so convenient and easy to use. The fact that the battery is in the seat makes it really easy to take it out because you don’t have to bend down. I also love the horn so much, I think it’s so funny and cute - it just makes me happy.
Also, the customer service is amazing. I ordered the wrong color and the support team made it so quick and easy to exchange the color to what I wanted.
Overall, if you’re looking for a light-weight, travel friendly mobility scooter that also looks good, I highly recommend the PAISEEC L5.

Great! My husband loves his new scooter. Easy to assemble although the instructions weren’t the best especially on how to collapse the scooter. We also found out that the scooter has a port to charge a cell phone. Great plus! The correspondence between the PAISEEC company and myself was extremely helpful. They answered all questions that I had in a very timely matter. The only negative I would comment on is that the scooter was supposed to be delivered to our apartment door. It was not. They actually left it in the mail room which made it very difficult for me to get it to our apartment.
I would recommend Paiseec to anyone looking any kind of mobility scooter.

I just got the Q5 and decided to jump in the deep end and take it camping without putting it through its paces. It was great. More than capable of zipping up sloped terrain covered in debris/leaf litter around the campsite. Whenever it was extra rough or uneven, I would just kick it into high gear, but then I'd have to lower the gear again whenever it flattened back out because it had too much get up and go. It was easily lifted and fit into the back of the car, the person helping me remarked how light it was. The battery lasted a good 24 hours of me taking it up and down the slope around the campsite, to the bathroom and back, and some pretty off-road excursions. The only negative (because it folds horizontally instead of vertically) are the the footrests permanently extend out in front of the chair, even when they are folded up out of the way of your feet, so you can't easily swing your legs to the sides and when you stand up those things are on either side of your feet and get in the way a bit. I ended up leaving them off for a good portion of the time to make it a little easier to navigate. I got this to replace a top of the line lightweight foldable from a few years ago and it is 15 lbs. lighter, more powerful, and I feel like the battery lasts longer. I was a little afraid this was going to disappoint and the reviews were fluff, but so far it's really great. I will come back and update if things change.

(Trying to repost) I loved this chair. The highlights for me were comfort, collapses small enough to store in my trunk, the battery lasts for awhile (I was surprised when I took this on vacation with me for 2 weeks, I didn't have to recharge when I used it for at least 4 out of the 14 days for long periods of time), smooth ride, allows me to go longer distances even when my legs don't want to work or my body is too painful. The negatives I've found - when I put the tipping wheels on, it doesn't stand up straight when collapsed, I have to lean it on a wall, and turns are very slow and the chair is very sensitive to turning. Otherwise it is amazing and I'd recommend. Even the seat is comfortable (I have a gel cushion I have from my manual wheelchair I expected to need but I don't after all).

I love my new chair. It's given me the possibility to go further when my legs can't or my body is in too much pain. I learned that if you put the tipping wheels on it cannot stand up by itself but without the tipping wheels it can stand up when collapsed. The only other thing I wish was different is the cup holder that was offered. It isn't very sturdy and doesn't stay up straight. Otherwise, battery life is great for what I need it for. If I needed it full days and couldn't recharge for some reason, two might be your best choice. It's comfortable which I was surprised at, I actually have a gel cushion I was going to swap it out with but haven't needed to.
Truly, it's been great for my needs.

The battery arrived and charged in the specified time indicated…..since it’s a backup battery, I will not be able to review its advertised range until I use it

Excellent customer service. I’ve only used the S3 a few times but I am well pleased. It seems to be sturdy and well built. I wish it were about 10 lbs lighter but I will manage. The product arrived rarely quickly but the FAA approved battery was out of stock. I’ve received it now, so no problems.

I recently purchased the S3 and I'm very happy I made this purchase. The S3 is very stylish and practical at the same time. I use it every morning on a 2.5 mile ride and I receive plenty of compliments from how it looks and how well it fits me. The feature of slowing down when making external is great I have nothing but great things to say about the customer service team. They have been very responsive to my questions. I would highly recommend the S3 scooter.

I recently purchased the Q5 as a replacement for my lightweight travel wheelchair that is manual. The Q5 weights in at 22 pounds and was exactly what I was looking for. It’s easy to take along on trips with my wife. She can load it and unloaded it from the car like a baby stroller. The maneuverability and range allows me to accompany her.

The Q5 is fantastic! My girlfriend of 39 years had spiraled rapidly with liver tumors and didn't have the strength left to walk much. Her parents are in their 80s so I ordered this motorized wheelchair for her and so her parents could load it into their car. We were amazed that it is actually lighter than the standard wheelchair they had from previous ailments. I just wish she had lived long enough to drive it.

The unit arrived on the date promised. The packaging was excellent.
This was for my wife. We took it for an initial spin the other day and she absolutely LOVED it. It has a surprising amount of power and it's quite speedy
If you're looking for a mobility unit for supplemental purposes, this unit is an excellent VALUE

I have had mobility issues for years. I have eight wheelchair/scooters at my three houses. This one has quickly become my favorite. It is very functional, but also light enough that I could actually put it in my trunk without assistance.

Daisy our customer service representative was excellent. She reached out to let us know of a delay on our order and offer alternative options if we would like. She immediately followed up and gave us an update on order and informed us of when it was shipping. She was terrific!!!

Working with Paiseec has been a dream on its own, as a mobility aid user, but being able to trial and review the Q3 in its newest color, purple, has been such a true joy! This is just like their regular Q3, just a bit prettier 🥰

It’s worked wonderfully, and I’ve even had an instant in rain so far, it’s not waterproof but water resistant and with my poncho it was barely noticeable!! I love that the joystick can switch left arm to right arm, and I could even swap out the joystick tip for a comfier one that suits my hand better! The cushions are also velcro, so interchangeable if need be!

This wheelchair is perfect for long term use, and considering purple is one of my favorite colors- I know I’m going to get so many adventures together 💜

This is my 5th mobility scooter in last 20 years, used scooters with weight of 90-100 pounds. This light weight D3 scooter is perfect for me especially with a backup battery I don’t have to worry about charging the battery.

Compact, lightweight, although heavier than expected, sturdy. I have it times when I have to do a lot of walking, so it’s not used daily.
