Love this scooter, especially after I figured out a couple of things. The first is how to unfold it with one hand by yourself. I have included a video. basically you lift the yellow lever to unlock it grab the scooter underneath the seat and lift up and it will unfold. The other thing is how to release the electromagnetic break with the power off. After dealing with their very helpful customer service, I found that you have to lift the rear wheel off the ground by easily tilting it to release pressure on the tire and then the lever will pull down easily to unlock the brake. You push it back up to lock. Highly recommend this scooter, very lightweight, easy to load and takes little space in the car. Can’t wait to travel with it.
Purchased for my dad who has worsening COPD.. back to being independent and loves it - fits in my trunk , folds/unfolds very easy , back to going out as a family
I purchased a D3 mobility scooter and was very pleased with the performance and capabilities. I have been using it for over a year. Paiseec and its support division have been there for me whenever I needed assistance. That’s all I can ask for!
Does everything they said it would. However, it feels they have identified several item. They say to remove the SEAT to make it easier to lift. They mean take out the whole CHAIR with arm rests. (It comes out as one piece. also, the “picnic basket” goes under the seat and is attached with Velcro straps. It's actually in lieu of the basket that go on the handlebars on heavier scooters.
I love my Paiseec Q3! It’s definitely a bit heavy for me, but it’s not too bad. It did really well on rough terrain, and I was quite surprised! It’s very comfortable and easy to maneuver. Thank you Paiseec for giving me a piece of my freedom back!
My wife has brain cancer and has been loosing her balance when walking, even with a walker. Falling 3 times a day. With the Paiseec she feels safe and independent again.
Excellent product. Battery life is great and having two means ita pretty hard to get caught out! Plenty fast enough and handled hills with easy (140lb rider). Park, shopping centers, all good. Looks great and very quick and easy to get in & out of the car.
I bought it because I didn't think I was going to be able to drivebut that has changed. But it I'd amazing. Came quickly. Easy to set up. Came charged. Does every thing it says it will do. Well worth the purchase Thankyou
I have my,obility
I love my Paiseec D3 scooter!
It makes my life much easier. I can zip around my office quickly in a fun and stylish way! Kristin
I am thoroughly impressed with the Piaseec W3 wheelchair. It is exceptionally well-built, sturdy, and offers a smooth, comfortable ride. It’s easy to maneuver and fold, making transport a breeze. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable, high-quality wheelchair!
Got my L5 a week ago and am quite happy with it. It arrived well-packed and undamaged.
The automated announcements were loud, so I followed the directions in the manual to turn them off. The manual could use some editing, by the way.
I've riden the scooter onto the Metro train, through the halls and elevators of my high-rise condo, on crowded, hilly sidewalks, into a restaurant and grocery store, and over a grassy field for a soccer game (as a spectator). It passes these tests with top marks. I only wish it had a backup mirror, as reversing out elevators and trains is a little disconcerting.
Also, I would prefer the speed to be continuous, since the #2 speed is too fast for my walking companion, and #1 is too slow. The automatic braking when you release the control bar is a great safety feature. But I would prefer separate throttle and hand brakes like on an e-bike so you could fine-tune the speed.
I've also folded it and stowed it in the car. It is too heavy for me if I leave the seat/battery on, so I removed that and was able to lift the scooter into the car.
The little yellow lever to lock/unlock from the folded position is not labeled well and didn't work easily for me at first. But after trying it several times, I got the hang of it.
The scooter has a hidden lever used to free the wheels for pushing, but it is inaccessible for me without getting on hands and knees. Instead I use the N (neutral) speed setting and then hold the control bar to free the wheels for pushing.
I don't like the emergency stop button placement. I accidently hit it several times. You must turn the scooter off and on after it is triggered. That takes too long when, for example, you hit it accidently in a crosswalk.
Overall, very satisfied!
I love my scooter! It's very lightweight, but sturdy. It's quiet but plenty fast enough. My dog loves it, he hasn't been able to run on our walks In a long time. The left chair arm was damaged when I received it but they sent me a replacement very quickly. Thank you for giving me my mobility back!
So far my husband likes it especially that its compact folds easily rides nicely
Great Service with reach out customer care to confirm users satisfaction.
Thank you!
I had chosen Gray but they were out of stock of Gray but had white. The color was not the reason for buying the D3 Scooter so I accepted the change of color to white. The scooter arrive and I charged the batteries. I had question(s) about which battery was the active battery and if both had to be in to run. They were quick to answer. Customer service was excellent. I have use the scooter on multiple trips to the stores and find it easy to handle and it makes my mobility great again. It has plenty of speed and is easy to get used to.
We just received our L5. For some reason, FEDEX held it in the local warehouse for 5 days before delivering, but getting it unpacked and set-up was easy. My wife is the user and she was able to understand the controls and start riding in the neighborhood easily. I was pleased that it goes up and down grades well and with great control on the downhill portions. My only issue is that I have not mastered the skill of changing the volume so the scooter is still shouting every time it is put in reverse. The important stuff including battery performance and charging speed is great. I can fold it easily and lift it into the trunk of the car and that was my initial reason for picking the L5.
The wheelchair is amazing.
Lightest electric wheelchair ever! This is the best chair out there, it will save you back forever!
Well made. High quality. As an 80 year old female still a little hard to unfold and lift. Also wish someway the knob to move the tiller closer to you was not so low to the floor as I can’t get down to turn the knon. Highly recommended.
Everything was great had a slight issue but Daisy from customer service did a wonderful job and was great 👍 with resolving it Thank you Daisy.
Has been a great addition your trip.
So happy with the Paiseec Q3.
At only 32 lbs and with an airline-approved battery, it’s one of the most travel-friendly power wheelchairs I’ve used.
It’s comfortable, easy to fold, easy to maneuver, and has given me back a level of freedom and independence that I deeply missed.
I really love this electric wheelchair!
I purchased a S1 scooter for my Aunt Sibbie who has severe spine compression due to Rheumatoid Arthritis ,and has reduced her ability to walk leaving her confined to a wheelchair to get around……Now after receiving her S1 scooter she is able to go outside ,walk her little dog ,get her mail ,water her flowers ,visit the neighbors. It is a miracle and an incredible game changer in her life and I couldn’t Thankyou enough for the blessing this scooter has been for her !!!!!
