This D3 scooter is perfect, light weight and easy to assemble.

It rides very smoothly and folds away nicely. I was worried about it fiting in the back of my Tesla but it does fit. The battery life is excellent. Spent all day on vacation riding from place to place and battery lasted the whole time. I purchased the extra battery and have not had to use it yet.

Ive been a long time scooter user but i hot the Q5 Carbon fiber electric wheelchair and i love it. Only 22lbs. Great maneuverability.

This scooter is amazing! We put it through some long days at Disney world in Florida and it exceeded expectations! The battery life is unbelievable and the way it folds makes it very portable and easy to put in the car

I have really enjoyed getting to test out the scooter. It is lightweight making it easy for me to load and unload the scooter from my car independently. Something I have not had the luxury of doing with past scooters. The scooter has a very smooth ride and the battery last really long. I spent the entire day at Universal Studios and it only lost 50% of its battery life.

So far I am loving this scooter. It is light and manageable for someone with physical disabilities like myself as well as the battery has good longevity for the long hours that I spend at theme parks. I think there are a couple areas where the scooter could be improved: 1st, the seat needs like another half inch of padding to make it more comfortable. After spending nearly 10 hours on my scooter the first day I was quite sore the next day from sitting on that seat. Another thing I feel this scooter is missing compared to other scooters I’ve had is the speedometer just to know how fast I’m going. It’s definitely not a dealbreaker, but I found myself very fixated on the percentage of battery throughout the day and it would’ve been nice to have a different option to look at. Overall, this is a great scooter. The battery only lost about 50% during the 10 hour day at the theme park. There were some metal shavings that I noticed while I was packing the scooter back up from underneath and I’m not exactly sure where those are coming from, but it look like where the handlebars were screwed in. It was like part of the bolt that was holding it down below. Probably related to just movement and it be new and the parts were still settling?

It’s everything I thought it would be. It’s comfortable and easy to load in and out of the car which is important to me.

My disabled brother loves it. Customer service was efficient. Mobility scooter is better than expected. As described with no disappointment.

Paiseec must have studied the raved about Nordstrom's customer service as Paiseec's is equal. Great product, so easy to use. Do hope they make a few accessories such as phone/cup holder, front basket, phone charger and a taller seat back.

I always had Pride, but Paiseec S1 is a wonderful scooter. I cannot say nothing bad about this scooter. I really feel safe on it. Just get one and enjoy it.

Hi, the mobility scooter seems to be great as of now! Easy to learn its basics and what I was searching for my husband for our trip to Europe! I understand it has been a great buy! The only concerned is that after buying it, few days later the price was reduced by $200. Expecting a call or an email to see if a credit can be processed! Staff has been also awesome and helpful! Simple buying experience and the L5 shipped and arrived as support said it would. The box was well packaged and the L5 came assembled. Everything is as I expected... lightweight, foldable, sturdy, easy battery access, decent seat height and looks great. Can't wait to take this on vacation this Summer.

The refurbished chair was not the light weight one that I
Ordered. However the one I received looks like new. Has great mobility turns on a dime( very important in a retirement apartment) Iwould recommend the product and manufacturer.

We received our L5 a couple days ago. It is a great machine and joy to ride. In fact we just ordered a second one so we can go riding together (our walking capabilities are limited). The Paiseec customer service team is so courteous and promptly responsive to every question or concern. Business a joy with them.
