My husband Harry loves his scooter. It is harder for him to get around outside. It was easy to order, price was good. Our dog loves to ride with him to get the mail.
I had a issue with the folding system that turned out to be no big deal, BUT IT TRULY COULD HAVE BEEN. After contacting customer support and describing they jumped right on my issue and took the time to make TWO videos to show us how to make a simple adjustment that we'd have no idea how to fix it. Daisy in customer service kept in touch with me the whole time until she knew our chair was back in 100% working order! So thankful for a customer service representative that actually takes care of the customer they are hired to help AFTER the sale. Daisy it was much nicer dealing with you instead of having to push a bunch of numbers and then spending the whole day on the phone without any results. Great chair
We recently bought new wheelchairs for our two boys, and they love them! The difference has been amazing, they finally have the freedom to move around on their own without needing help. I was a little skeptical when I got the scooter 250 W did not sound like a lot of power but after riding the scooter for two weeks me and my entire family absolutely love it. We take it through very bumpy and rugged trails and it handles very well. It’s very easy to fold up and the best part is the removable battery. It just pops right out no tools needed! Highly recommended.
