PAISEEC FLEX｜3-in-1 Smart Mobility Device to Stay Active Longer

I just started exploring mobility aids this year, mostly using a Rollator but with my condition I get tired so quickly I needed something just in case or if I wanted to do anything for longer than 10 minutes. The Flex has been life changing for me. I’ve regained some confidence in doing things independently, and in showing up for plans I was having to cancel because I didn’t know how much walking I would need to do. Not only has the Flex been amazing but so has the customer service. Being one of the first to purchase the product I knew there might be some bugs to work out, Paiseec has been quick to respond and resolve issues that have come up! They’ve definitely made me a customer for life!

This was a great decision to purchase the Flex. I did a lot of research before purchasing and I am very happy with my Flex. We used it at Sam's Club today, and used the assist for walking, then when I got tired, switched over to using as a wheelchair Perfect and easy! I was also able to get it in the backseat of our Toyota Corolla after removing the batteries. I am also impressed with the way the company is fixing problems that people have experienced, and looking forward to receiving the backrest and improved footrests. I would say they knocked it out of the ballpark! Love it!

The paiseec flex has been a game changer for our family. What once was a challenging task to go grocery shopping while caring for someone with dementia has now been a weight lifted off our shoulders. The flex allows us to do the grocery shopping with mom and store our groceries all in one place. Thank you Paiseec for making a great product with caregivers in mind.

I love the Paiseec flex! At first I was curious if I would use it as much as the 2-in-1 electric wheelchair of theirs that I have. But I think it is my new go-to mobility aid. One of my biggest issues is walking, and not knowing how far I can walk without overdoing it, then not being able to get back. With the Flex I don’t have to worry about that! I can walk as far as possible, then when I’m done, I can transform and use it as a wheelchair without needing to cut my time short or slow down anyone else.

I love the Paiseex Flex 3-in-1! It’s such a good feeling to be able to go all the places I haven’t been able to go in the last few years. The Flex is comfortable and reliable. Thank you.

I've been loving my Flex. I'm a college student, so being able to switch from walking to rolling is a game changer with all the hills, and it folds up so small I can easily fit it into a small car or any uber I take. I'm also able to lift it with 1 arm!

I realize everyone has different needs…………. in my case I walk 70% of the time and ride 30% of the time. I’m 6 foot one, 207 pounds. The flexibility I really like is the fact that I can narrow the width of the flex and with its light weight I’m able to handle it with relative ease.

The flex has been great for me , it has allowed me to be able to go out more easily with how light and convenient it truly is !

I recently ordered the FLEX for my incredible wife of 58 years. It checked every box.!!! it was stylish, was a Rollator, was a power chair, and it easily fit into my small car!!! (See photo)

Recently, there were a few complaints from FLEX owners (on their Paiseec Community Site) that the foot rests came off too easily, and should have been made from a stronger material. I posted my own temporary fix on the Community Page. (See photos)

To my delight, Paiseec listened, and I just received a notification that new, improved FLEX foot rests (made from metal) will be sent to all existing FLEX customers. Now that’s what I call SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!

The Paiseec Flex has changed my life. As someone with many health issues, multiples surgeries, and unable to stand for more than 5 to 10 minute due to chronic pain, it is so difficult to simply leave the house without struggle. The Flex has given me freedom to come and go as I please. Its very sturdy and has great battery life. I do recommend a second battery if you plan a long, weekend outing. Battery charges pretty fast in just a few hours.

Takes just a few seconds to convert from a walker to a wheelchair. It is also fantastic if you're a caregiver who needs to transport someone, since it lets you transport a loved one who is seated in the chair with zero effort.

Paiseec's customer service is great! I have asked them so many questions before and after my purchase and they've been quick with responding and super kind.

The Flex is the BEST! I am the sole caregiver for my elderly mother and I have bilateral end stage arthritis in my knees. I can put her in the seat to ride and then push it like a rollator for me. The power assist is magnificent for getting her up the ramp of my wheelchair van without a struggle for me. Can’t wait to get the lumbar cushion and new footrests. Thank you for continuing to improve this machine and including us first order folks who took a chance! It was well worth it. (If you could come up with a better cup holder that would be a big help)

Yes, it’s a bit heavier than a regular rollator, but the extras you get make up for it. You walk it like a rollator with electronic brakes, you ride on it like a power wheelchair, and you use it as a transport chair with someone pushing you from behind. ALL that for one reasonable price! And, the customer service is first-rate!
