Excellent product, light and easy to fold and great mileage!

We purchased this scooter for my 94-year-old dad, who has always loved his daily walks. As he's gotten older, mobility has become a bit more of a challenge, but he still values his independence. This scooter has been the perfect solution—it allows him to get out and about safely, without feeling limited.
One of the biggest reasons we chose this model is its portability. It’s lightweight and compact enough to fit easily in the back of our SUV, which means we can take it with us wherever we go. Whether it’s a trip to the park or a visit with family, the scooter makes it easy and stress-free.
Dad absolutely loves it, and we’re thrilled to see him enjoying the outdoors again with confidence. This has truly been a fantastic purchase for our whole family.

I purchased the D3 on April 18, 2025, and called to verify when I could expect it. I was told they would ship on April 30th, I said I'm ok with it if they could ship expedited and use the $50 promo they didn't give me on checkout. Today is April 30th, and I have been keeping in contact with them on this, but now they can't ship until May 5th. I'm going on my trip on May 8th, and there's no way I'll get my product before then. I'm pissed and so annoyed at their constant lies so I didn't cancel my order! I am sick and need this product, and I feel deceived by this company. I was going to order the wheelchair also, but I changed my mind. I hope my trip goes well, but I am very disappointed. I could've gotten the same product on Amazon for $949.00

It’s okay because I can pick it up and put it our SUV. That way my wife and I can go do things for the day as before I could not go because of the walking.
However, I had another one first and it was too heavy to lift, but much more comfortable and cheaper in price. Yes, it works fine for me, and it has plus’s and minus’s!

Finally a sturdy, stable, lightweight scooter! Love it!
