After some initial issues with the shipping company my D3 arrived in excellent condition and is doing its job very well.
I absolutely love my mobility scooter. So far I’ve taken it on 2 adventures, one being to the St. Louis zoo. I was a bit worried that the hills at the zoo would be a problem or that since we stayed for 9 hrs that the batteries would run low. Neither was a problem. In fact, I only needed to use one of the batteries and the steep slopes didn’t slow me down at all.
I transported the scooter in my minivan with one of the back seats folded down. That way I could just lift the front tires above the bumper and roll it right in. It was so easy.
I also found the seat and armrests super comfortable. I call my scooter the Cadillac of scooters. By the way, I’m in my mid-70s.
I love my scooter. It is comfortable, rides well and I looks nice, which is important to me. Customer service were amazing and very helpful. They answered all of my questions, so I was very confident that I would be very happy with my purchase.
Great scooter very well build
So very happy with this purchase for my husband. It has worked out perfectly for him. The ease of folding and putting it into the car was exactly what I wanted. I can do it all on my own, I am 77 and it is easy for me. I have had questions and the chat line has been a great help and answered back very promptly. A perfect purchase.
