Received my Paiseec w1 two days ago. I have only used it a couple of times, but it is very comfortable, easy to fold (once you learn the steps), smooth ride (mostly used on quiet streets in neighborhood - very smooth on paved street and handled hard packed gravel fine), and very easy to control (smooth turns).
Was very interested in the w3, but the seat area of the w1 is larger and is a good fit for me (6 ft., 205 lb. man).
Had difficulty walking with wife in neighborhood before. Have some mobility but even with rollator would tire quickly. With the w1 was able to “walk” in neighborhood with her. She liked to keep up with the brisk walk of speed 3 and the slower speeds were good for more leisurely walking.
Paiseec customer service has been great. Ordered on a Friday and delivered the next Thursday. Delivery was actually a day earlier than scheduled delivery date. Had questions about potential impact of US tariffs on order and about delivery of gift set (cane holder, cup holder, etc.). Used chat at Paiseec web site. Got prompt, accurate, very polite answers.
Very happy with my purchase.
I purchased this scooter for my mom who has reduced mobility and lives in a senior apartment complex. This has given her back some of her lost independence. The scooter is reliable, stable, and safe. She can now easily take her dog for a walk and join her friends for a trip to the store or a drive around the neighborhood. I took her on a short trip to Disney and the scooter worked great navigating the crowds. And as a bonus, it fits perfectly in the back of my 2013 Prius. I didn't even need to lower the back seat.
As an above the knee amputee, this scooter had helped me out tremendously!! Being that long distance is rough for me, I pull my scooter out of my suv, set it up and ride. My family is excited they no longer have to push me in a wheelchair lol.
Took it up a decent grade in 3rd gear without any hesitation. Only issue is it cannot go over a small raised bump. You have to watch and stop and put it in walking mode to clear it.
I am a HUGE fan of the W1! I took it out in rather rough terrain (we’re talking gravel, packed mud, mulch/wood chips) at my local Renaissance festival, and it performed very well, even up and down hills. I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy as much of the festival without the help of this chair. Thank you Paiseec for keeping me safe with less pain & no fainting!
