We like everything about it—easy to use, speed controls are great—it gives me freedom of movement. The battery is light weight. I confess I need a little help folding it up and getting it into my car but otherwise I love it.
These wheels were super easy to get and install. Customer Service was great. However, the website lacks a little to be desired. It would’ve been great if we could’ve had an exploded parts view with the items that make up the wheelchair so that you could simply click on it and order. It was kind of a hassle to figure out which wheel fit the chair we have. Other than that everything was great.
This is the second Paiseec scooter the D3 appears to have the same well thought out design and manufacture as my S3. I am hoping that Paiseec will build a midsize scooter with a suspension and higher weight capacity and ground clearance if they build one with the same care and thought that my other two scooters have can’t wait to see it and maybe even buy it
I took scooter to the airport all the way to the door of airplane. It was then folded up and put on plane. When I stepped out of door say landing scooter was waiting for me and I rode off. I love it.
Love this scooter, especially after I figured out a couple of things. The first is how to unfold it with one hand by yourself. I have included a video. basically you lift the yellow lever to unlock it grab the scooter underneath the seat and lift up and it will unfold. The other thing is how to release the electromagnetic break with the power off. After dealing with their very helpful customer service, I found that you have to lift the rear wheel off the ground by easily tilting it to release pressure on the tire and then the lever will pull down easily to unlock the brake. You push it back up to lock. Highly recommend this scooter, very lightweight, easy to load and takes little space in the car. Can’t wait to travel with it.
