I absolutely love this chair. (I am an ambulatory user with a dynamic disability.) It is very responsive. It takes some time to get use to the hand toggle, but worth it. The turn radius is amazing. The company is super responsive if you email any questions. I emailed a question and got an email back from a REAL PERSON as soon as their business was open the next day. They sent me things to help with my mobility journey that I didn't even ask for! Then they didn't wait until I had an issue, but reached out to me to make sure that I was doing ok with it. I hope and pray that whomever started this company, never ever allows for any change. If the higher ups read this, do what that cosco guy did and make sure that after you're gone, that no one can " change the hotdog" of your company. ❤️ To those looking to buy, you won't regret it ❤️
At 96+ our "Biker Great-Grandma" shown in the photo had limited opportunities to enjoy the outdoors without a wheelchair. Her new S3 Mobility Scooter has given her a new-found freedom to explore. Her face lights up every time she enjoys exploring a new Colorado mountain location.
There are many accessible parks and trails in Colorado, so it is easy to find a new location for her to explore. The scooter folds up and fits easily into our small SUV. It's a bit heavy for some people to lift into the back of the SUV, but we have some portable ramps that make it easy to roll it in, so we can begin a new adventure.
Strongly recommend this to anyone who needs a portable scooter to load into a car trunk or SUV. The controls are easy to understand and use. The automatic "let go" braking system is very helpful -- a great safety feature. We also enjoy the convenience of the front basket for carrying water bottles, fleece blankets, and a bag of essential travel items.
I am an ambulatory wheelchair user and because of chronic elbow pain I needed an electric chair, but one that was light weight. This one fits all my needs and it even had the option to become a rollator for days I want to walk more. This chair handles like a dream! I have tested it on all terrains and I have to say I continue to be impressed.
Received my Paiseec w1 two days ago. I have only used it a couple of times, but it is very comfortable, easy to fold (once you learn the steps), smooth ride (mostly used on quiet streets in neighborhood - very smooth on paved street and handled hard packed gravel fine), and very easy to control (smooth turns).
Was very interested in the w3, but the seat area of the w1 is larger and is a good fit for me (6 ft., 205 lb. man).
Had difficulty walking with wife in neighborhood before. Have some mobility but even with rollator would tire quickly. With the w1 was able to “walk” in neighborhood with her. She liked to keep up with the brisk walk of speed 3 and the slower speeds were good for more leisurely walking.
Paiseec customer service has been great. Ordered on a Friday and delivered the next Thursday. Delivery was actually a day earlier than scheduled delivery date. Had questions about potential impact of US tariffs on order and about delivery of gift set (cane holder, cup holder, etc.). Used chat at Paiseec web site. Got prompt, accurate, very polite answers.
Very happy with my purchase.
I purchased this scooter for my mom who has reduced mobility and lives in a senior apartment complex. This has given her back some of her lost independence. The scooter is reliable, stable, and safe. She can now easily take her dog for a walk and join her friends for a trip to the store or a drive around the neighborhood. I took her on a short trip to Disney and the scooter worked great navigating the crowds. And as a bonus, it fits perfectly in the back of my 2013 Prius. I didn't even need to lower the back seat.
