Thank you for waiting until Christmas to get your review...it was a Christmas gift. So far I am very pleased with the ease and simplicity of use. I can't wait to take it on a trip to test out it's travel durability. I was wondering if a hard case was available to protect it during transport? If not I will look for a durable hard suit case it will fit in.

The Paiseec S3 is sleek, sturdy, and comes fully assembled. It really is a dream to use! But the best thing is their customer service! Due to my circumstances, my PT and surgeon feel that I am not ready for a mobility scooter at this time and with very limited space to store it, I initiated a return, per their 30 day refund policy. I reached out to customer service and they responded quickly and gave me options. They guided me through the return process easily and without stress. Although I don’t need the Paiseec S3 mobility scooter at this time, this is the scooter I will purchase when that time does come. Highly recommend! These days good customer service is hard to find!
This chair has been awesome. My dad is almost 90 yrs old & scooters were becoming too difficult for him with spatial awareness. This chair is a lot easier & safer. He would have to get off his scooter to get to the dinner table, now he drives right up to it. Its also easy to pack up to take with us, although I do recommend 2 people to put it in an suv or truck...only one suggestion a place on the arm for a cup holder

This wheelchair is lightweight, simple to use, and feels incredibly thoughtful in its design. Nothing about it feels overwhelming or heavy, which makes such a difference for me. Using it feels supportive and comfortable, not draining, and that alone has changed how I move through my days. Even small things (like doing the dishes) is so much easier and puts so much less strain on my body! 🥺💓
I am absolutely obsessed with how smoothly it navigates. It turns easily and goes exactly where I want it to without effort. It is lightweight (only 32 lbs) so I am actually physically able to take it places! An issue I have had with other peoples electric wheelchairs in the past was how heavy they are- but this one is awesome 🥺💓
Because of how easy and intuitive it is, I can stay out longer and actually enjoy myself. I feel more confident, more comfortable, and truly excited to leave the house again 💓
