PAISEEC FLEX｜3-in-1 Smart Mobility Device to Stay Active Longer

I’m so happy we found the Paiseec Flex! My mom has dementia along with severe chronic back and nerve pain, which makes getting around difficult. She’s always been very independent, so finding something that helps her stay active while giving her the support she needs has been wonderful.

One of the things I love most about the Flex is how versatile it is. Mom can use it for walking when she’s feeling up to it, and when she gets tired or her pain starts acting up, she has the option to sit down and ride. I also really like the adjustable handles, comfortable seat, and safety features.

Another big plus for me is how lightweight it is! As Mom’s daughter and caregiver, I’m the one loading and unloading everything, so being able to easily fold it up and lift it in and out of my car is a HUGE deal. The last thing I need is another heavy piece of equipment to wrestle with!

One of my favorite moments was when Mom was having a particularly good day and used her Flex to walk our dogs about a block and a half. That might not sound like much, but for her, it was a big accomplishment, and I was so happy to see her doing something she enjoys!

She still uses her cane around the house, but the Flex gives her another option when we’re out and about. I love that she can walk when she feels able and ride when she needs to, without having to push herself too hard.

As a caregiver, it’s the little things that make such a big difference. Anything that helps Mom keep some of her independence while making life a little easier for both of us is worth celebrating.

I love my FLEX! I’m a first-time ambulatory wheelchair & rollator user, so using a mobility device is new to me. Thankfully the Paiseec FLEX is intuitive and easy to use in all its modes, so even a newbie like me feels comfortable. And I’m impressed with their customer service. They take customer feedback seriously, actually act on it, and pass these updates directly to early adopters at no cost to us (i.e. added backrest, improved footrest design). You can tell Paiseec aims to make the FLEX even better and have pride in their products.

I’m saying “yes” again! Recent mobility issues have kept me at home, but my Flex is getting me out of the house once again. I can now say yes to outings without fear of how to manage my mobility.

This is a very good piece of equipment that I personally would recommend. I love my new equipment. I walk freely everywhere, I haven’t rode much due to not having any foot rest but it is still a wonderful investment for me

I just started exploring mobility aids this year, mostly using a Rollator but with my condition I get tired so quickly I needed something just in case or if I wanted to do anything for longer than 10 minutes. The Flex has been life changing for me. I’ve regained some confidence in doing things independently, and in showing up for plans I was having to cancel because I didn’t know how much walking I would need to do. Not only has the Flex been amazing but so has the customer service. Being one of the first to purchase the product I knew there might be some bugs to work out, Paiseec has been quick to respond and resolve issues that have come up! They’ve definitely made me a customer for life!

This was a great decision to purchase the Flex. I did a lot of research before purchasing and I am very happy with my Flex. We used it at Sam's Club today, and used the assist for walking, then when I got tired, switched over to using as a wheelchair Perfect and easy! I was also able to get it in the backseat of our Toyota Corolla after removing the batteries. I am also impressed with the way the company is fixing problems that people have experienced, and looking forward to receiving the backrest and improved footrests. I would say they knocked it out of the ballpark! Love it!

The paiseec flex has been a game changer for our family. What once was a challenging task to go grocery shopping while caring for someone with dementia has now been a weight lifted off our shoulders. The flex allows us to do the grocery shopping with mom and store our groceries all in one place. Thank you Paiseec for making a great product with caregivers in mind.

I love the Paiseec flex! At first I was curious if I would use it as much as the 2-in-1 electric wheelchair of theirs that I have. But I think it is my new go-to mobility aid. One of my biggest issues is walking, and not knowing how far I can walk without overdoing it, then not being able to get back. With the Flex I don’t have to worry about that! I can walk as far as possible, then when I’m done, I can transform and use it as a wheelchair without needing to cut my time short or slow down anyone else.

I love the Paiseex Flex 3-in-1! It’s such a good feeling to be able to go all the places I haven’t been able to go in the last few years. The Flex is comfortable and reliable. Thank you.

I've been loving my Flex. I'm a college student, so being able to switch from walking to rolling is a game changer with all the hills, and it folds up so small I can easily fit it into a small car or any uber I take. I'm also able to lift it with 1 arm!

I realize everyone has different needs…………. in my case I walk 70% of the time and ride 30% of the time. I’m 6 foot one, 207 pounds. The flexibility I really like is the fact that I can narrow the width of the flex and with its light weight I’m able to handle it with relative ease.

The flex has been great for me , it has allowed me to be able to go out more easily with how light and convenient it truly is !
