Improvements: I would say the seat needs to go forward and back and maybe a better cushion.

This chair has given my daughter her freedom back. She is able to use her chair to walk her dog, take long strolls around her neighborhood, and go shopping. All the things that she had been missing. Oh, and it’s so quiet that it doesn’t even scare her cat! The walker function is a great bonus for an ambulatory chair user.
