I bought a D3 couple years ago. We recently went on a trip to Boston, Martha Vineyard cape cod and several other locations. From the start of the trip the scooter performed outstanding. We went on the freedom trail excursion and didn’t have the first problem. It sure is nice to have a scooter that is so Mobil and light weight. It did take some minor damage from the baggage people loading it on the plane and getting it off the plane for me to ride right from the aircraft door. No problems it was easy repaired. Scooter held up nicely. Highly highly recommend this scooter to anyone
Came quickly. Rides great on pavement or grass.Easy for my husband to get in and out of car. Love it!!!!! Would buy again.
Good back up battery’s. Thank you
Great battery the scooter is nice wish it had more leg room and maybe 2 or 3 pounds lighter. All in all a great product
I’ve progressed from canes to talkers to wheelchairs to electric wheelchairs for the last 25 years. Having one of these chairs would have saved me a bunch and I wouldn’t have a basement full of medical stuff.
I have a lift on my car for a much heavier electric wheelchair, this chair will allow me to go in anyone’s car that could fit a stroller. I’m sure I will be getting lots of questions as I’m out and about.
The new scooter is interesting. On the second day I took it down the hill and through a footpath with the locals walk their dogs. The path is paved with crushed gravel which it navigated with some aplomb, together with several footbridges which it also navigated well. When I got to the other end of the path there was a short steep hill out that had been recently topped up with gravel. There it faltered. While it does have pneumatic tires, its ground clearance is only about 5 inches and the tires are narrow. While the engine is up to the task, it has an AI sensor system, which realized it was going nowhere and promptly shut down. Sometimes, safety is just a pain in the butt. I was able to reverse back to Flatland and turned around to go back to we came. The footbridges were little rougher going back but that gave me some time to consider how I was going to get up the hill. I had entered the footpath on. Fortunately, I had a straightaway of about 50 yards or so and was coming out straight on, so I reached into my biker past, laid on full throttle (6 mph), pulled back on the steering handle and hit the hill hard. I just crested the top and got my front wheels on the paved sidewalk before the AI had a chance to respond and shut it down. 2 feet on the ground and a little push was enough to put it back in safe territory. I think I read it will handle an 8 degree grade but in my experience, you never know until you try. I'm going to enjoy this ride. Next up is a 5 miler to the grocery store. Most fun I have had since my stroke.
First time out last weekend. Went to a car show, scooter is all as advertised! Had to maneuver in a crowd, on inclines and through a rough grass field....all NO problem!!
Pretty sure I'm gonna love it!
Just wish I opted for the rear view mirrors, I made a mistake when ordering.
Great love it
Just what my father needed. Very simple to operate, charge battery and very sturdy and comfortable. High-quality product at a great price, nothing compromised. Customer service was 10 stars as well.
Every was perfect
I would start by saying that the scooter arrived in 1 week from the time I ordered it. It was well packed and arrived in fine condition. I took some time to explore mobility scooters in general, and I nearly purchased a different scooter, at a much lower price ($700.00). But when I saw the S3 Paiseec, the style and the 3 speed option, were what sold me, I did not care for the grey color, so I chose red. It was very well packed and easy to unpack, with one exception, I almost threw out the battery charger which was not marked and packed in a space in the packing material, should be marked for easy identification. The scooter arrived in fine condition, and was ready to go out of the box. It is easy to use and engineered quite well, I will enjoy using this machine for quite some time. Before purchasing I did chat with a young lady named Daisy who helped me by answering some of my questions of a technical nature. One other thing I was under the impression that I would be receiving a pair of rear view mirrors, they would be quite helpfull, if you can check on that please, thank you. I am totally happy with this purchase , and I wish you success in your business.
great
I really like it. It is comfortable to sit and ride on. It is a lighter weight that I can lift more easily.
Fast Delivery
Fits perfectly and holds a lot of items
Love my scooter.
We like everything about it—easy to use, speed controls are great—it gives me freedom of movement. The battery is light weight. I confess I need a little help folding it up and getting it into my car but otherwise I love it.
These wheels were super easy to get and install. Customer Service was great. However, the website lacks a little to be desired. It would’ve been great if we could’ve had an exploded parts view with the items that make up the wheelchair so that you could simply click on it and order. It was kind of a hassle to figure out which wheel fit the chair we have. Other than that everything was great.
This is the second Paiseec scooter the D3 appears to have the same well thought out design and manufacture as my S3. I am hoping that Paiseec will build a midsize scooter with a suspension and higher weight capacity and ground clearance if they build one with the same care and thought that my other two scooters have can’t wait to see it and maybe even buy it
I took scooter to the airport all the way to the door of airplane. It was then folded up and put on plane. When I stepped out of door say landing scooter was waiting for me and I rode off. I love it.
Love this scooter, especially after I figured out a couple of things. The first is how to unfold it with one hand by yourself. I have included a video. basically you lift the yellow lever to unlock it grab the scooter underneath the seat and lift up and it will unfold. The other thing is how to release the electromagnetic break with the power off. After dealing with their very helpful customer service, I found that you have to lift the rear wheel off the ground by easily tilting it to release pressure on the tire and then the lever will pull down easily to unlock the brake. You push it back up to lock. Highly recommend this scooter, very lightweight, easy to load and takes little space in the car. Can’t wait to travel with it.
Purchased for my dad who has worsening COPD.. back to being independent and loves it - fits in my trunk , folds/unfolds very easy , back to going out as a family
I purchased a D3 mobility scooter and was very pleased with the performance and capabilities. I have been using it for over a year. Paiseec and its support division have been there for me whenever I needed assistance. That’s all I can ask for!
Does everything they said it would. However, it feels they have identified several item. They say to remove the SEAT to make it easier to lift. They mean take out the whole CHAIR with arm rests. (It comes out as one piece. also, the “picnic basket” goes under the seat and is attached with Velcro straps. It's actually in lieu of the basket that go on the handlebars on heavier scooters.
I love my Paiseec Q3! It’s definitely a bit heavy for me, but it’s not too bad. It did really well on rough terrain, and I was quite surprised! It’s very comfortable and easy to maneuver. Thank you Paiseec for giving me a piece of my freedom back!
