Likes: Simple and easy. And the online assistant was very quick to reply to my questions.
Improvements: The only negative i found so far it the length is a bit too long for me to wrap my arms around to lift into car. A pair of lift handles to make loading in car easier would be awesome.

My wife has brain cancer and has been loosing her balance when walking, even with a walker. Falling 3 times a day. With the Paiseec she feels safe and independent again.

Yes it came in new box with all extras. If I didn’t know it was refurbished I would have never known.it looks and runs new. My I finally got to take it out to the mall and it is perfect, my only concern is my wife and I are going on a couple cruises soon and it will not be good as the turning radius is not going to work in the narrow hallways. I maybe should have opted for the wheelchair instead. I only drove it once, wish I could trade it for your lightweight wheelchair instead. Thank you

This is a great mobility scooter

This is a great mobility scooter. It is a refurbished one, but it seems like a brand new one. I was most impressed that I did not have to assemble anything. I cut the sides down on the box, removed the excellant packing material, pulled up the seat, turned on the key and drove it immediately. Nothing to do but put on the basket. I have 4 acres and I drove it all over the lot. It is as advertised. I would buy one again and highly recommend the S3 Paiseec Mobility Scooter.

S3 scooter arrived in great shape. Was quite easy to unpack & assemble. My wife now can tour the neighborhood, no trouble negotiating in the lawn, loves the three speeds, 6 mph on pavement is great

I am very happy with my dealings with customer service when I experienced problems with my S3 when it was first delivered.
Paiseec’s customer service staff were very determined to make everything right and didn’t rest until I was completely satisfied.
