Travels well, nice and quick, love two batteries, good size and comfortable ride.
Only did a test run so far. All ok.
I really like the Q5. It's even better than I thought it would be. It replaces my Q3, which I liked just fine, but even at 40ish lbs, it was getting difficult for my wife to handle.
I had no trouble setting up the Q5. After unboxing it, I charged the battery, making sure it was in the "on" position to charge. It would be nice if the instructions mentioned you have to remove the headlight to get at the charging port. I like the lightweight but extremely strong carbon fiber frame. It's pretty and the arms are really strong so I can use them to get in and out of the chair. I like the waterproof seat cushions. I don't slide around like I do in the Q3. I notice that my wife cannot completely fold up the chair with the seat cushions in place, but one fold works fine (you cannot fold the handles down).
Another reason besides the light weight that I bought the Q5 even though I had a Q3 is the large back wheel. At 11 plus inches, it goes over thresholds and bumps very easily. I can drive all over my rough, grassy yard with no problems. The 400 watts of motor power is plenty with this light frame.
I like the easy to use control panel. It is stylish. It can be muted. The headlight is very useful.
This is a nice chair. I will keep it.
I absolutely love my new scooter! I went to a department store today and was amazed at how easy it was to move around racks of clothing. The size is compact with nice clean lines and it is very easy to operate. Everyone was super friendly and helpful when I ordered. I highly recommend this product. My only complaint is that I wish I would’ve gotten it months ago when I fractured my back!
